Adani Electricity (AEML) and Yulu come together to boost charging infrastructure In the next one and half years, Adani Electricity and Yulu will setup about 500 stations in various parts of Mumbai. These will provide facilities to change the battery (swap discharged battery with charged one) and for charging the battery. These stations will be open 24 hours a day to provide these services. For the charging stations, Adani Electricity will provide the electric power. Yulu will take the discharged battery and provide charged battery. Currently for charging a battery takes about 8 hours which is a long time. Here people can bring vehicle with almost discharged batteries and swap it for a charged battery so that they don't have to wait for charging battery. They will save lot of time in the process.
